In reply to the business' reply:Three years ago I left this rating after dealing with "customer service"Needless to say, I didn't end up making a purchase, not even of parts, so, of course I'm not on your records.Long story short, I came, I talked to someone who didn't value their job or the customers, then I left, then left this review.Speaking of which, this Google maps listing was in the wrong spot, so I've moved it to the correct location, and I've flagged the other two listings for removal as Duplicates.
